Abstract: Over all businesses are ever changing competition environment, organization are always required to make modification internally and externally to compete globally successfully into marketplace. Supply chain management is key sources for firms to gaining superior performance. The basic purpose of this paper is to examine the level of association between the two indicators management support and their organization learning with the concept of green supply chain management environment. Supply chain is globally increasingly important concerns for all business and challenge for them are logistics management. Total quality management (TQM) and environmental management come from firm’s experiences and procedure of organizational learnings. This study computed positive significant relationship with organizational learning mechanism; support of organization and GSCM practices adopted controlled variables from organizations size, regulations of country perspective, cost pressure by organization, practices of industry at different levels. Over all findings and implications of logistics management are discussed.

Abstract: In this competitive business world most of the supply chains are struggling to sustain competitively in the global supply chain due to its increasing complexity in each phase of the supply chain operations. Many companies are facing financial difficulties and some have shut down due to poor supply chain management practices. Companies have to be smarter by incorporating the necessary technologies to be more competitive and sustain in the global supply chain, that processes can be better managed and automated where necessary. Most companies fail due to poor integrations of technology in their supply chain. It is important that companies be smarter in order to strive hard to reduce cost, improve customer services and to increase return of investments throughout the supply chain. While a few industries are taking a major leap; it is vital for other companies to adopt to the changing nature of the digital supply chains and embrace industry 4.0, leveraging Internet of Things (IoT). The primary goal of this study is to improve inbound and outbound operations to better manage and optimize and automate operations in an ERP system through the use of RFID technology and Business Application Programming Interface (BAPI) technology in SAP ® . The existing ERP system was thoroughly analyzed using mixed method approach and was followed-up in assessing how transactions can be better executed in the system. The study derives a conceptual framework to enhance inbound and outbound operations in ERP for Fashion Apparel and Footwear Industry.

Abstract: — Inventory management is vital in supply chain performance of a firm. The inventory turnover ratio measures the number of times a company sells its inventory during the year. This study aims to determine the factors that direct ly a ffect the intention of turnover of lecturer’s with the dimensions of work-life balance, job satisfaction, work engagement, and organizational commitment. The research design is used a quantitative approach, survey method, stratified random sampling, with path analysis model. The results of the study indicate that work-life balance has a direct effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a direct effect on work engagement, and job satisfaction through work engagement has an effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction through organizational commitment has an effect on turnover intention. This study is in accordance with the results of previous studies but with different indicators. Lecturers as a social human with co l lectivism culture as Indonesia needs policies in managing them without ignoring what they need in work, family, and person a l in a global era, AEC, ICT, regulation changes, and competitiveness.

Abstract: This study is the first attempt that assembled published academic work on critical success factors (CSFs) in supply chain management (SCM) fields. The purpose of this study are to review the CSFs in SCM and to uncover the major CSFs that are apparent in SCM literatures. This study apply literature survey techniques from published CSFs studies in SCM. A collection of 42 CSFs studies in various SCM fields are obtained from major databases. The search uses keywords such as as supply chain management, critical success factors, logistics management and supply chain drivers and barriers. From the literature survey, four major CSFs are proposed. The factors are collaborative partnership, information technology, top management support and human resource. It is hoped that this review will serve as a platform for future research in SCM and CSFs studies. Plus, this study contribute to existing SCM knowledge and further appraise the concept of CSFs.

Abstract: As a consensus network, Bitcoin enables new payment systems and money that are entirely digital or can be interpreted as a virtual currency that uses open source user-to-peer network systems for purchasing and sourcing management. It offers easier way of payment without the need for a bank account, credit card or intermediary. Bitcoin is cash stored in a computer that can be used to replace cash in an online sale transaction. Therefore, this study aims to investigate how to maximize the opportunities that allow Bitcoin in contributing for Indonesia tax revenue and also, the respond to the growing issues of virtual money transactions in the world. This study uses Literature study method based on some previous research and scientific journals that discuss about Bitcoin as a means of payment in sale and purchase transactions. The results of this study Bitcoin transaction tax still needs to be addressed is the absence of Legal Basis and legislation on legality of Bitcoin as a recognized payment instrument in Indonesia. This study can helps the Indonesian governments for creating a guidelines to adjust the regulation of virtual transactions for purchasing management, which have already been created and implemented in other countries and have a positive impact on the country's economy in addition to being one of the sources of increasing state tax revenues.
