Abstract: This paper explores the changes of figure and physical function indicators before and after 75-day exercises of fitness Qigong?BaDuanJin among the middle-aged and aged people. The results indicated that after participation in BaDuanJin exercises, the strength of the middle-aged and aged people are much higher than before, the function of the respiratory system is highly improved than before; The joint flexibility the balance ability and the agility of the nervous system is also improved.

TL;DR: It's concluded that the traditional sports like rope skipping, Mulan boxing and Taiji pushing hands play a positive role in menopause female's bone density andTaiji pushing hand is the most effective method to increase bone quantity and bone intensity.
Abstract: The goal of this paper is to study the effect of traditional sports on bone density of menopause women. 60 menopause women are randomly divided into a non-exercise group and 4 exercise groups of rope skipping, Mulan boxing, Taijiquan and Taiji pushing hand. The experiment lasts 10 months. The result shows that the bone quantity of women in the non-exercise group is lost, and their bone density decreases. Bone density of the 4 exercise groups increases and all the indexes in the group of Taiji pushing hand and bone density of oar and ulna in the group of rope skipping obviously increase. Upon contrasts, the group of Taiji pushing hand precedes the group of rope skipping ( P 0.05); the group of rope skipping precedes the group of Mulan boxing and Taiji routines ( P 0.05). It's concluded that the traditional sports like rope skipping, Mulan boxing and Taiji pushing hands play a positive role in menopause female's bone density. They are effective movements for menopause women to resist losing bone quantity and increase bone density. Meanwhile, Taiji pushing hand is the most effective method to increase bone quantity and bone intensity.

TL;DR: Based on the video documents and statistics of the full-set action of the players who won the first three places in World Aerobics Championship and China aerobics championship, the authors deeply analyzes the disparities between the Chinese players and world-level players from the aspects of full set action's artful appreciation, difficult movements and accomplishment of movements.
Abstract: Based on the video documents and statistics of the full-set action of the players who won the first three places in World Aerobics Championship and China Aerobics Championship, this paper deeply analyzes the disparities between the Chinese players and world-level players from the aspects of the full-set action's artful appreciation, difficult movements and accomplishment of movements in order to provide us with theoretic references to improve our level of competitive aerobics and the scientific ingredient. Through the researches, we find that the disparities include the following parts: action accomplished poorly, music style not conspicuous, and theme unclear; intensity of action not enough, transition and connection of the action dull and clumsy; shape of players not perfect; difficulty action lacking of diversity on groups and categories; the single difficulty action not able to use the space fully; and in single-person item total score lightly low.

TL;DR: The gray region of the track field results at the 28th Olympic Games was achieved, which provides theoretical basis and scientific reference for the decision-making departments concerned.
Abstract: Applying the method of modeling (GM 1,1) of the gray control system, the model for predicting track field results of each individual event at the 28th Olympic Games was established. Through modeling and comparative validation it was shown that since 1970s the modeling of track field results according to the sequence of number reflect the basic trends of the track field result development with good precision. On this basis the model of the results of the adjacent events according to the sequence of number was then established. The gray region of the track field results at the 28th Olympic Games was achieved, which provides theoretical basis and scientific reference for the decision-making departments concerned.

TL;DR: In this article, a statistic analysis of the difficulty of the number, the group, the score and C Group in the routine movements performed by the top 8 of male and female individual-oriented matches in the 2002 National Aerobics Championships is made.
Abstract: Through the methods of sport observation and film watching, a statistic analysis of the difficulty of the number, the group, the score and C Group in the routine movements performed by the top 8 of male and female individual-oriented matches in the 2002 National Aerobics Championships is made. The result reveals that at present the proportion of the four chosen difficult parts is not only suitable, but also fit for their physical fitness and training level. The completion quality has been greatly improved, but in Group C, the difficulty of jump and leap lacks variety, and overlaps still exist, which is to be perfected compared with the latest developing trend of athletic aerobics.
