Abstract: The contemporary college students affected by objective factors,subjective factors,teacher factors and family factors,will have some psychological barriers.Playing the role of the main channel of classroom teaching,giving psychological lectures,setting up psychological counseling agency,attracting college students to participate in social practice activities,strengthening the construction of campus culture,are the effective ways to improve the psychological quality and to shape healthy personality,at the same time,they are important tasks for ideological and political work.
