TL;DR: The emergence and development of capitalism is the result of the interaction of various factors, and Max Weber discussed the important role of religious ethics on economic development from the perspective of religious culture as discussed by the authors.
Abstract: The emergence and development of capitalism is the result of the interaction of various factors, and Max Weber discussed the important role of religious ethics on economic development from the perspective of religious culture.Weber is only analyzed from the perspective of religious ethics, but his discourses upon the relationship between the Protestant Ethic and the development of modern Western capitalism opened up a unique perspective for us,namely culture or spirit of a society is closely linked with its economic and social development. So Weber's argument on"The Protestant Ethic Spirit"has some inspiration and practical significance for building China's socialist ethical values.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors introduce five different perspectives on teaching, each having the potential to be good teaching: Transmission,Developmental,Apprenticeship,Nurturing, and Social Reform.
Abstract: In North America and even the whole world, there is a move within education to adopt a constructivist view of learning and teaching. While we do not argue with the basic tenets of constructivism,we do resist the rush to adopt any single, dominant view of learning or teaching.Through a wide range of disciplines, contexts, and cultures, our colleagues and we found a plurality of good teaching, not all of which rest on constructivist principles of learning. This article will introduce five different perspectives on teaching, each having the potential to be good teaching: Transmission,Developmental,Apprenticeship,Nurturing, and Social Reform.Hopefully, this will convince you to resist any ‘one size fits all’ approach to the improvement or evaluation of teaching.

TL;DR: In this paper, an iteration scheme given by finite nonexpansive mappings is introduced, and the main resulf is proved as follows: Let E be a uniformly convex Banach with Opial's condition, C be a nonempty convex sabsct of E,(T_i:C→C(i=1,2,)...,r)be finite mappings, ∩~r_(i= 1)F(T-i)≠.
Abstract: Introduce an iteration scheme given by finite nonexpansive mappings, we prove the main resulf as follows: Let E be a uniformly convex Banach with Opial's condition, C be a nonempty convex sabsct of E,( T_i:C→C(i=1,2,)...,r)be finite nonexpansive mappings, ∩~r_(i=1)F(T_i)≠. let x_1∈C, iterative scheme {x_n} definited as follow:x_(n+1)=W_nx_n,_n≥1.where W_n(n=1,2,...)are W-mappings gcnerated by T_1,T_2,...,T_r, them{x_n}converges weedly to the common fixed point of T_1,T_2,...,T_r.

TL;DR: The analysis shows that integrating apparent knowledge and latent knowledge of the organization is propitious to the innovation and improvement of the overall intellectualness, which is the characteristic of knowledge management.
Abstract: The evolution from information management to knowledge management and their relationship are discussed. It helps to understand the concept of knowlwdge management. The analysis shows that integrating apparent knowledge and latent knowledge of the organization is propitious to the innovation and improvement of the overall intellectualness, which is the characteristic of knowledge management.

TL;DR: It indicated that the level of aerobic metabolism decreased while that of anaerobic metabolism increased which could maintain energy supply under hypoxia stress and increase of T-AOC,CAT activities and decrease of SOD activities might be a antioxidant strategy to adapt hypoxIA environment.
Abstract: The effects of hypoxia stress on respiratory metabolism and oxidant metabolism of Macrobrachium nipponense were investigated, while the mechanism and the antioxidant response mechanism were primarily discussedAdult shrimp were exposed to hypoxia((2±02) mg/L,8 h),followed by reoxygenation((7±02) mg/L,25 h)The results indicated that, with the duration of hypoxia exposure, activities of cytochrome c oxidase(CCO)and succinate dehydrogenase(SDH)of Mnipponense's hepatopancreas and muscle tissues were significantly lower compared with the control group(normoxia level)(p005)Meanwhile,fumarate reductase(FRD)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)activities were significantly higher compared with the control group(p005)Total antioxidant capability(T-AOC)and catalase(CAT)activities significantly increased(p005),but superoxide dismutase(SOD)activities significantly decreased(p005)Activities of CCO,SDH,FRD,LDH,CAT and SOD gradually returned to the normal level during reoxygenation,T-AOC significantly decreased in the first hour of recovery(p005),then returned to control levelIt indicated that the level of aerobic metabolism decreased while that of anaerobic metabolism increased which could maintain energy supply under hypoxia stress;Increment of T-AOC,CAT activities and decrease of SOD activities might be a antioxidant strategy to adapt hypoxia environment
