Abstract: Objective To explore the prevalent tendency of HIV infection among men who have sex with men(MSM)in the past 4 years in Chengdu City and analyze its characteristics in order to offer basis for effective intervention and prevention.Methods Information was collected by the questionnaire.The blood samples were collected for the testing of HIV.Data were analyzed by EPI and SPSS.Result From 2004 to 2007,189,228,242,and 225 MSM were investigated.The MSM's age20 years revealed going up tendency.Most of them had multi-sexual companions.The rate of using condom each time was low(95%CI:29.73%-50.79%).HIV prevalence increased from 1.06% in 2004 to 8.00% in 2007.Conclusion MSM is expanding in the youth.The infection of HIV is increasing fast.Thus effective measures to stop the further spread of HIV in this population are urgently needed.

Abstract: Objective To assess the trend of incidence and mortality of lung cancer among Yunnan tin miners and to provide scientific evidences for the lung cancer prevention. Methods The incidence and mortality of the lung cancer from 2000 to 2004 were analyzed by epidemiologic retrospective survey study. Result The incidence and the mortality were going down in recent epidemiological surveys. The incidence was 410.50/105 in 2000 reduced to 390.95/105 of 2004. The mortality was 410.50/105 in 2000 reduced to 390.95/105 of 2004.Conclusion The lung cancer is still a leading disease in Yunnan tin mine. We need to prevent and control the lung cancer further.

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of cannulated screw to treat femoral neck fracture(FNF).Methods Forty six FNF patients were treated with cannulated screw from 2004 to 2008.There were 26 males and 20 females with the mean age of 39.5 years old(19-55 years old).All were new fracture cases,in which 16 were GardenⅡ,18 were Garden Ⅲ,12 were Garden Ⅳ.Results The follow up of the patients lasted for 1-5 years(averagely 2.4 years).The average time of fracture union was 6.3 months fractures of all patients were reunion without screw's looseness and break.There were 19 cases with excellent effect and 22 cases with good effect.Excellent and good rate of hip joint's function was 89.1%.and 1 patient experienced avascular necrosis of femoral head.The rate of good function of hip joint was 89.1%.Conclusion Cannulated screw fixation is a good method to treat neck fracture in young adults,which can improve the union of fracture and reduce the avascular necrosis of femoral head.

Abstract: Objective To investigate the status of nutritional labelling of common food and consumer's knowledge of nutritional labelling in Chengdu Method The status of nutritional labelling of 291 kinds of food packages from 10 categories in seven large supermarkets were investigated, and 366 consumers were randomly selected and interviewed with a questionnaire The data were analyzed in SPSS130 Results The overall labelling rate of food nutrition was 471%, and a lot of food(423%) only marked ≤3 kinds of nutrition There was a comparatively great difference on nutritional labelling rate among different kinds of foods, and names and units of nutrients labelled were not uniform 624% consumers would purchase the foods with the nutritional labelling, and 852 % consumers argued that the government should take measures to uniform nutritional information printed on food packages Conclusion The current food labelling in the supermarket is not normative, and the government should take steps in the legislation of food nutritional labelling The knowledge of consumers to food nutritional labelling is poor, and the government and media should enhance relative propaganda and education to consumers
