Abstract: In the world of investing and trading, in order to have a definite advantage and constantly create profit, you need to have a strategic approach. Generally speaking, the two main schools of thought and strategies in financial markets are fundamental and technical analysis. Fundamental and technical analysis differ in several aspects, such as the way of functioning and execution, the time horizon used, the tools used and their objective. These differences lead to certain advantages and disadvantages of each of the analyses. Fundamental and technical analysis are also a subject of critical reviews by the academic and scientific community and many of these reviews concern the methods of their application, i.e. the possibility of combining the two analyses and using them complementarily to fully utilize their strengths and advantages.

TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of service quality on word-of-mouth and repurchase intentions to 80 consumers of online transportation in Indonesia was analyzed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM).
Abstract: Sophisticated and ever-evolving technology enacts many companies use and utilize technology as a mean of delivering innovative and creative new services. Technological developments are widespread in various fields and one of them is in the field of online transportation. The high demand for fast and efficient transportation modes causes the companies engaged in the sector by providing online transportation services are increasing. High competition and large number of drivers require the companies to focus highly on providing high quality services to maintain and increase the number of consumers. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on word-of-mouth and repurchase intentions to 80 consumers of online transportation in Indonesia. Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) was employed to analyze the data. The results signifies that there is a positive relationship between service quality to word-of-mouth and repurchase intention. Similarly, word-of mouth significantly influences repurchase intention. Further managerial implications are discussed.

Abstract: The principles and functions of managing the production capacity are discussed in the article. On the part of the author, general and particular principles of managing the production capacity are classified, and another special principle of managing production capacity is proposed. The document more describes the management approach required for the Capacity Planning and Management, rather than going into the technical details. As such, it does not assume detail technical knowledge or go into the mathematical basis for performance modelling or testing.

Abstract: The role of the leader is to work with people through his cooperates in order to achieve the goals of the organization. For that aim, he has to understand the human behavior and to be capable of communication, in order to motivate the lead other peoples. The function of management consists of the capability to influence the behavior of individuals and groups on their work. Today's global business conditions expressed through strong and relentless market competition, technological, information and communication advances and changing consumer behavior, are making difficult the market fight of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). In such difficult conditions for business operation, tangible resources (financial, technological, physical and organizational) are increasingly losing their primacy compared to the invisible (human resources, innovation, reputation) ones. Among invisible, human resources are becoming more important for the survival, growth and development of these enterprises. In order to be a major source of competitive advantage, human resources need to be proactively managed. These points out the need for a leader with charisma, knowledge, skills and abilities in order to lead the employees in achieving the mission, vision and goals of the enterprise. In this point of view, charismatic leader is one that has influence, inspires, motivates and instills confidence among followers. The charismatic leader, thanks to the characteristics that he possesses and which differ him from other leaders, is the key factor for the business success of SME.

Abstract: In this article, the authors analyzed the widely used methods of artificial intelligence in world practice, described the production management system. Also, the main functions are considered and it is determined that the organization of any production begins with its operational planning. And in the basis of production planning functions are various methods and algorithms of artificial intelligence. The authors considered important stages in the construction of the neural network system in planning, and discussed the most common methods and algorithms of artificial intelligence for planning textile production: taboo search method, ant algorithm, genetic algorithms, neural networks.
