Abstract: The Yuehu Inlet is a lagoon inlet system located in the Rongcheng Bay, Shandong Province, China, with area of ~5 km 2 It has been undergoing development for aquaculture and tourism In 1999 summer, a study on evironment of the Yuehu Inlet was carried out The chemical results show that the dissolved oxygen (DO) contents were generally normal At some locations DO solubility apeared to be 100% the BOD 5 (five day biochemical oxygen demand) values were generally 4mg/L and COD 3~4mg/L The seawater N, P and Si conents were lower than the Class I water type sepcified by the Chinese National Standard of Water Quality The low nutrients distribution reflects little discharge from land, therefore lack of nutrients

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors developed a method to determine the wake shape and size of a submarine based on experimental exploration made by Merritt etc. The important parameters affecting the wake are Froude number and Brunt Vaisala.
Abstract: Based on experimental exploration made by Merritt etc. a method is developed to determined the wake shape and size of a submarine. The calculation results of some examples are given. In the unstratified case, the cake cross section at any point is circular. When the flow is stratified, buoyancy cause the wake, which initially grows at the same rate in all directions, to collapse in the vertical direction and flatten out horizontally producing a very wide and thin rectangular shape. The important parameters affecting the wake are Froude number and Brunt Vaisala.

TL;DR: A comprehensive assessment method of sewage quality based on rate of pollution loss was proposed in this article, where the authors created a quantitative relationship between the rate of loss and the quality of the sewage.
Abstract: A comprehensive assessment method of sewage quality based on rate of pollution loss was proposed. The method created a quantitative relationship between rate of pollution loss and sewage quality. The application indicated that the approach was clear in physical meaning and rational in result.

TL;DR: In this article, the effect of extracts obtained from wild plants on DPPH· test was investigated and the results showed that many wild plants had antioxidative activity, it is worthy to befurther researched.
Abstract: This paper preliminarily studied DPPH· test. This method was stable, sensitive and simple and have a good reproducibility. With the help of this method, theinhibition effect, of extracts obtained from wild plants on DPPH· were studied. Theresults showed that many wild plants had antioxidative activity, it is worthy to befurther researched.
