Abstract: A new Bacterial Colony Radial Basis Function Neural Network(RBFNN) algorithm,which was applied to forecast the stock price,was proposed on the basis of the bacterial colony algorithm,and a technological index model was introduced in the forecast.Experimental results show that the new algorithm can obtain the higher training efficiency and better forecasting results than the traditional RBFNN algorithm.

Abstract: In order to resolve the problem of the hardware environment differences in building embedded system developing platform,this paper proposed the design solution and its realization method of a high portability Hardware Abstraction Layer(HAL) and then give the specification of its realization.HAL gives underlying layer's encapsulates specification and offers operating interface to upper layers' software design.HAL's introduce shields the differences of underlying hardware,improves embedded system developing platform's openness and also shortens the development period of the embedded products effectively.

Abstract: In order to maximize the supply chain profit while saving energy and protecting environment,based on the optimization theory and product recycle and remanufacturing,a closed-loop supply chain logistics network is constructed and a mixed integer linear programming(MILP)model is designed and solved by Lingo softwareAs a result,the problem of establishment address selection of closed-loop supply chain logistics network and the optimal allocation on each route has been solved and the profit of the whole supply chain has been maximizedIn the end,the validity and the feasibility of this model is validated by a concrete numerical example

Abstract: Applying a novel method of Port-Controlled Hamiltonian (PCH) systems,the modeling and PWM control of Buck-Boost Converter are presented.First of all,a nonlinear mathematical model of Buck-Boost Converter is established.Then,using the energy-shaping method of interconnection and damping assignment,the feedback stabilization theory of Buck-Boost Converter system is given.According to its peculiarity in steady state,the desired equilibrium of the system is obtained.The equilibrium stability is analyzed and Feedback stabilization controller is designed finally.The simulation results show that the proposed scheme has a good performance and practical use prospects.

Abstract: In the multi-sensor track systems,communication delays usually exist between sensor platform and track fusion center due to the different sampling rates.So the local estimation of every sensor doesn't arrive at the fusion center at the same time.The fusion center should fuse those asynchronous correlated tracks in order to improve track performance,So the MAP fusion algorithm of asynchronous multi-sensor systems with feedback is presented based on the asynchronous multi-sensor.As an example,It is shown that the MAP fusion of synchronous multi-sensor is a special case of this new algorithm.The simulation results show that the algorithm is effective.

Abstract: In this paper,we analyze a scenario where a manufacturer with a traditional retailer opens up a direct Internet channel that is in competition with the retailer.We assume that in order to mitigate channel conflict the manufacturer commits to setting a direct channel retail price that matches the retailer's price in the traditional channel.Then we determine the effect of more specific pricing strategies on prices and profits of the manufacturer and the retailer.These specific strategies are: keep wholesale prices as they were before,keep retail prices as they were before,or select wholesale and retail prices that optimize profits for the manufacturer.We find that Strategy 3-the specific equal-pricing strategy that optimizes profits for the manufacturer often is also preferred by the retailer and customers(through lower prices) over the other strategies and also can partly coordinate the supply chain.

Abstract: Aiming at the problems that the divisible E-cash schemes with trusted third party cause additional costs and the level of anonymity is uncertain,an anonymity-revocable and divisible E-cash scheme is proposed without TTP.In this scheme,according to the clue and certificate provided by the judicial organization,the bank requires the user to open the message with the same time stamp,which can realize the trace to E-cash and withdrawer.And the user is aware of this trace.Moreover,E-cash is expressed in plain text so that it is easy to be divided.Through security analysis and performance comparison with some recent schemes,this scheme is safe and effective.

Abstract: This paper presents a new constructive method to group signatures.Using this method,based on classical RSA signature,we come up with a short group signature scheme.Compared with the previous schemes of this kind,our scheme has the following advantages: short signatures,convenient joining and revocation,and fast generation and verification of group signatures.The security analysis shows that our scheme satisfies all the security requirements of a group signature.

Abstract: In order to achieve the working principle simulation of the virtual simulated training system of the military TACAN beaconing,based on the building of the mathematical model of each function(unit) E-circuit in the TACAN beaconing,programming each function under the ground of Borland C++ Builder,creating simulation modal(DLL),and appending it to the MatrixX software platform a simulation model of the system was developed.In the process of the simulation design,the key problem,such as,realizing the harmony of the simulation degree with the operation speed,choosing the right arithmetic of modal and so on,have been solved.So the real time performance and the veracity of simulation of the TACAN beaconing circuit principle are improved.

Abstract: Single-cylinder Electric Power Confined Piston Engine is a new thermoelectric conversion system.It is invited to improve the problems of the engine-generator system,such as the complex structure,match problems and energy waste.It integrates the engine and the liner generator.It is light in weight and small in size with a simple structure.It is effective obviously in power promoting,energy and material saving.This paper introduced the construction and working principle of Single-cylinder Electric Power Confined Piston Engine,and studied the No-load characteristic on theory and experiment.It is appeared that this kind of engine has the same working principle as the tradition one,and can generate sinus electricity.The maximal voltage can reach to 210V.The analysis result is almost the same as the experiment one.

Abstract: Controller Link is a Factory Automation Network developed by OMRON,which is composed of PLC and PC nodes.The PLC node is used to realize its decentralized control,whereas PC node is used to monitor PLC node and realizes its centralized management.FINS is a communication protocol used in OMRON FA network.A monitor system design of Controller Link using VC6.0,based on C-language library functions of FinsGateway,is given in this paper.
