Abstract: This paper proposes the recommendation system which is advanced using RFM method and Association Rules in e-Commerce. Using a implicit method which is not used user`s profile for rating, it is necessary for user to keep the RFM score and Association Rules about users and items based on the whole purchased data in order to recommend the items. This proposing system is possible to advance recommendation system using RFM method and Association Rules for cross-selling, and also this system can avoid the duplicated recommendation by the cross comparison with having recommended items before. And also, it`s efficient for them to build the strategy for marketing and crm(customer relationship management). It can be improved and evaluated according to the criteria of logicality through the experiment with dataset collected in a cosmetic cyber shopping mall. Finally, it is able to realize the personalized recommendation system for one to one web marketing in e-Commerce.

Abstract: This study was to verify a related model between among Impulsivity, Aggression, Game Addiction, and Interpersonal Skills. Aggression was selected as prerequisite variables. And Interpersonal Skills was selected as a mediated variable. Which affected Game Addiction. Covariance structure analysis were conducted to test research hypotheses. The results are summarized as follows. The path coefficients of (ImpulsivityInterpersonal Skills), (ImpulsivityGame Addiction), (AggressionSkills), (AggressionGame Addiction), (Interpersonal SkillsGame Addiction) were all significant. Second, it was proved that Impulsivity and Aggression played as inducting factors to their Game Addiction tendencies, and perceived Interpersonal Skills played as inhibiting factors which leads to decrease their Game Addiction tendencies. Third, the mediator effect of perceived Interpersonal Skills in the relation between Impulsivity, Aggression and Game Addiction was significant. Fourth, divided in school levels by and the result which analyzes, the middle school students interpersonal skills did not affect in game addiction. So there was not also a mediating effect. The high student the interpersonal skills which listens influences in game addiction. And mediating effect of interpersonal skills was. Therefore for the prevention and a treatment of game addiction the method to raise a interpersonal skills will be effective in the high students.

Abstract: In continuous vocabulary recognition system by statistical method vocabulary recognition to be performed using probability distribution it also modeling using phoneme clustering for based sample probability parameter presume. When vocabulary search that low recognition rate problem happened in express vocabulary result from presumed probability parameter by not defined phoneme and insert phoneme and it has it`s bad points of gaussian model the accuracy unsecure for one clustering modeling. To improve suggested probability distribution mixed gaussian model to optimized for based resemble Euclidean and Bhattacharyya distance measurement method mixed clustering modeling that system modeling for be searching phoneme probability model in clustered model. System performance as a result of represent vocabulary dependence recognition rate of 98.63%, vocabulary independence recognition rate of 97.91%.

Abstract: In order to build up the ubiquitous computer environment, there are many researches on automatic identification, sensor networks, and home networks etc. EPCIS (EPC Information Services), which is proposed by EPCglobal, is a standard on the repository managing tag data that is needed to develop RFID application system. In this paper, the EPCIS repository is designed and implemented. It is able to search the object dependent upon general object recognition and environment information variation. And sensor data, which is also massive data and is changed with position, is integrated into RFID data in the system. By doing so, it is possible to do the convergence managements of object recognition with variations of USN (Ubiquitous Sensor Network) environment.

Abstract: In wireless sensor networks, the data transmitted from the sensor nodes are susceptible to corruption by errors which caused of noisy channels and other factors. In view of the severe energy constraint in Sensor Networks, it is important to use the error control scheme of the energy efficiently. In this paper, we presented RS (Reed-Solomon) codes in terms of their BER performance and power consumption. RS codes work by adding extra redundancy to the data. The encoded data can be stored or transmitted. It could have errors introduced, when the encoded data is recovered. The added redundancy allows a decoder to detect which parts of the received data is corrupted, and corrects them. The number of errors which are able to be corrected by RS code can determine by added redundancy. The results of experiment validate the performance of proposed method to provide high degree of reliability in low-power communication. We could predict the lifetime of RS codes which transmitted at 32 byte a 1 minutes. RS(15, 13), RS(31, 27), RS(63, 57), RS(127,115), and RS(255,239) can keep the days of 173.7, 169.1, 163.9, 150.7, and 149.7 respectively. The evaluation based on packet reception ratio (PRR) indicates that the RS(255,239) extends a sensor node`s communication range by up about 3 miters.

Abstract: This study is to identify the factors affecting on adolescent internet addition and suggest how to deal with it. This study is based on the ecosystem theory for human development. The factors affecting on adolescent internet addition are the followings: First, self-efficacy, self-esteem and self-control affect on internet addiction in individual system. Second, the affecting factors concerned with home environmental system are the communication level between parents and adolescent, parents` attitude for bringing up, parents` control level for adolescent, parents support etc. Third, the affecting factors concerned with school environmental system academic score, friends` support, teacher`s support, adolescent adaptation in school life etc. This study suggest how to deal with internet addiction based on these findings.

Abstract: Apartment complex, buildings, markets and department stores have inner parking lots which can accept many cars but drivers waste lots of times to find the empty parking spaces in crowding parking lots. In this paper, we proposed the inner parking information support system based on microprocessor which can decrease roaming times to find vacant parking spot in confusing parking lots through notice monitor and provide SMS to make it easy to find parked place. Proposed system consist with RFID system for detecting access of cars, microprocessor system for processing data of checking existence of cars on parking spots and communicating with server, and server system which processes information of cars` in and out, guides empty parking spots and parked location to drivers. Suggested system is realized by handmade model parking lot size of 8 cars, and we confirmed practicality by providing information using parking notice monitor and single message service.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to design and develop an e-mentoring system for full inclusion. Through the literature review of related studies, the e-mentoring performance model was drawn. Based on this model, an e-mentoring system was designed and developed. Especially the horizontal mentoring was mainly considered during the procedure. To evaluate the usability of the system, 2 system managers, 5 mentors, and 5 mentees were chosen and they were interviewed by researchers. Researchers used an interview instrument(10 items) consisting of mentoring support(cognitive support, affective support, adaptability) and technical support(convenience, accuracy, look & feel) categories. On the whole affirmative responses were given in both mentoring support and technical support areas. It can be concluded that the e-mentoring system is very effective in supporting full inclusion. In future it is recommended that several empirical studies of utilizing the e-mentoring should be performed.

Abstract: Satoyama woods,abandoned widely due to the loss of economic viability, are becoming to be reevaluated as a renewal resource of carbon neutral energy. For enhancing the feasibility of woody biomass utilization,reducing the costs for harvesting and collecting biomass should not be overlooked. It is generally recognized that satoyama woods on plateaus have certain cost advantages in harvesting biomass, compared to forests in mountains, because of the flat terrain. However, the woods may have disadvantages in collecting biomass due to their small and scattered distribution patterns. By having satoyama woods in Chiba Prefecture (plateau) and woods in Saitama Prefecture (mountain), this study first demonstrates that woods on plateaus have advantages in the total cost for harvesting and collecting biomass compared to forests in mountains, and then estimates how the cost can be further reduced by a scheme which combines scrap woods and biomass from woods.The result successfully indicates that woods on plateaus have an advantage in the total cost of harvesting and collecting biomass compared to forests in mountains, however the scheme to combine scrap woods can only be effective when applied to urban areas.

Abstract: The "intelligent internet power outlets" realized in this study use Internet environment to connect electrical and electronic products to the Net as well as to enable remote monitoring and control. They also have temperature and light sensors, and even offer scheduling options by means of a universal calendar run by an inner real-time timer. Furthermore, they control 4 outlets handling 4 external input conditions and infrared remote control with easy-to-use functions for home automation control. The user interface is equipped with an embedded Web server and UDP protocol handler, and which also allows special control programs be used with the Web browser. Thus, installing this real-time power control function with optimal scheduling and various communication functions will provide you with energy-efficient power outlets outfitted with the increasingly popular "standby power" electric power efficiency.

Abstract: Vocabulary recognition system is providing inaccurate vocabulary and similar phoneme recognition due to reduce recognition rate. It`s require method of similar phoneme recognition unrecognized and efficient feature extraction process. Therefore in this paper propose phoneme likelihood error correction improvement system using based on phoneme feature Bhattacharyya distance measurement. Phoneme likelihood is monophone training data phoneme using HMM feature extraction method, similar phoneme is induced recognition able to accurate phoneme using Bhattacharyya distance measurement. They are effective recognition rate improvement. System performance comparison as a result of recognition improve represent 1.2%, 97.91% by Euclidean distance measurement and dynamic time warping(DTW) system.

Abstract: The user interface is the medium, which provides the users to have an access to the web-based information system. The user interface is the means of improving usability and accessibility for the user, as well as being the core component in the web-based information system. In this paper, the audit framework of the user interface was developed to upgrade the usability and accessibility; it was based on the three basic components of the current audit framework in the web-based information system. At the time of an audit, the UI process of the `Analysis`, `UI Design`, `UI Production`, and `Test` was defined, which was analyzed through the web development methodology. Also, for the area of an audit, the `Information`, `Design`, and `Technology` were defined by the analysis of the components that makes up the user interface, From the view of an audit, the standard criteria of an assessment were set as `Usability`, `Accessibility`, and `Cross Browsing`. Through the framework that was proposed in this paper, practical audit applies the performed examples. By this, the efficiency of the proposed framework was verified.

Abstract: When the user`s role is getting more important in contents communicated online, we must know that the cultural trait of content that is reflecting user`s mental model, needs and tastes. An attempt to study about cross-cultural characteristics focused on contents of global website give us the best chance to understand user. This paper takes a look if there are any linkages between certain country and its preferable contents and analyze that whether this preference is result from the cultural differences or not. This analysis is based on Hofstede`s and Schwartz`s framework. So, this content analysis examines cultural influence on the contents of global website in Korea and U.S and Japan and China. The results provide CIC(Cultural Index of Content) which is extended framework adding interaction. We expect that it can help service providers and content creators to have some new ideas.

Input of inaccurate vocabulary by feature extraction case of recognition by appear result of unrecognized or similar phoneme recognized. Also can`t feature extraction properly when phoneme recognition is similar phoneme recognition. In this paper propose vocabulary recognition post-process error correction system using phoneme likelihood based on phoneme feature. Phoneme likelihood is monophone training phoneme data by find out using MFCC and LPC feature extraction method. Similar phoneme is induced able to recognition of accurate phoneme due to inaccurate vocabulary provided unrecognized reduced error rate. Find out error correction using phoneme likelihood and confidence when vocabulary recognition perform error correction for error proved vocabulary. System performance comparison as a result of recognition improve represent MFCC 7.5%, LPC 5.3% by system using error pattern and system using semantic.

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to verify the influence of STEM integrate education using educational robots on improvement of the level of attitude towards Mathematics. The following hypothesis was formulated in order to achieve this purpose: There will be a meaningful difference in the level of attitude towards Mathematics between elementary school students educated by STEM integrated education with robots and by the traditional method of teaching Mathematics. To prove this hypothesis, 56 of first grade students were tested under the nonequivalent control group in the pretest-posttest designs. As a result of the study, it is showed that STEM integrated education has a positive effect on promoting the level of elementary school students` attitude towards Mathematics. Therefore, we need the instructional activities which can combine the knowledge gained from a variety of curriculum with activities by using educational robots.

Abstract: In this thesis, We studied on hand-written character recognition, that characters entered into a digital input device and remove noise and separating character elements using preprocessing. And processed character images has done thinning and 3-level wavelet transform for making normalized image and reducing image data. The structural method among the numerical Hangul recognition methods are suitable for recognition of printed or hand-written characters because it is usefull method deal with distortion. so that method are applied to separating elements and analysing texture. The results show that recognition by analysing texture is easily distinguished with respect to consonants. But hand-written characters are tend to decreasing successful recognition rate for the difficulty of extraction process of the starting point, of interconnection of each elements, of mis-recognition from vanishing at the thinning process, and complexity of character combinations. Some characters associated with the separation process is more complicated and sometime impossible to separating elements. However, analysis texture of the proposed character recognition with the exception of the complex handwritten is aware of the character.

Abstract: In this paper, we developed the program related green growth based Educational-Robot in the framework of Convergence for the community child welfare centers` children who are in poverty and broken homes as the way to enhance the competitiveness about education and a solution to cope with actively about the main tasks of the state for human resources in the future. Through the program developed, it has been verified the impact on the energy saving attitude. According to this result, it has been proved that convergence study program linked green growth for children of community welfare child center is effective to energy saving attitude. Through it, it is expected to help to meet the educational needs of the community child welfare centers` children.

Abstract: This paper covers a series of activities including initial proposal and actual development for the performance improvement of large-scale public facility management system under the application of green IT concept, which finally produced various excellent results in the administration of expense control, human resources, and general affairs. Actual development procedure starts from the analysis required by system users with the purpose of finding cost reduction opportunities under the application of green IT concept, which is followed by a series of activities including making a proposal for performance improvement, the development of trial system and the actual application into real system. As an example of large-scale public facility management system, national qualification management system was taken in order to convert the existing individual test storage unit into on-line storage space equipped with reinforced security function, resulting in acquisition of efficient productivity and greater savings in human resources as well as general expenses. A comparison with existing system and newly developed system was made in the area of number of operators, abnormal processing, system maintenances. It proved that efficiency increased to the minimum of 2 times and to the maximum 12 times with the 5 million savings of personal storage unit.

Abstract: The research on peer-to-peer streaming schemes has largely focused on tree-push and mesh-pull structures. However, the tree-push structure has a defect that the tree restructuring time is long, and the mesh-pull structure has long startup delay and lag time from source servers. In this paper, we propose a new peer-to-peer live streaming scheme based on a push-mesh structure that takes advantages of tree-push and mesh-pull structure simultaneously. This structure basically provides the mesh-pull mechanism for data transmission and utilizes peers with high network upload capacity. It also supports the push mechanism along with paths from a source server, super peers, and selected general peers. By NS-2 simulation experiments, we finally show that our proposed scheme can achieve shorter startup delay than the mesh-pull structure, similar lag time to tree-push structure and best playback continuity among the three schemes.

Abstract: It is widely accepted that the coverage with high user densities in mobile multimedia environments can only be achieved with small cell such as micro- and pico-cell. If handover events occur during the transmission of multimedia, the efficient resource reservation and handover methods are necessary in order to maintain the same QoS of transmitted multimedia traffic because the QoS may be defected by some delay and information loss. In this paper, we propose a resource allocation method in the next generation mobile communication systems, in which the resource allocation process has a tight relation with call admission, call load, and packet scheduling. The simulation results show that our proposed metho d provides a excellent performance.

Abstract: Adaptive array antenna system estimates target signal, as makin g a null pattern toward the interference signal. However, receiving a coherent interference signal at adaptive array antenna system, as target signal is regarded as interference signal, th e performance of system rapidly decreases. The main beam does not direct an incidence direction of target signal due to sensitivity in directivity error. This paper proposes beamforming algorithm which combines high order limit condition and directivity error modify method. And it minimizes degree of freedom and decreases interference signal and directivity error using proposed algori thm. This paper compares and analyzes the performance of proposed algorithm and general algorithm using simulation. Abstract: Recently, the Radio Frequency Identification(RFID) system has been growing with many promising features in technology and applications fields. Especially, a lot of efforts for the application of RFID system in the field of logistics management have been conducted. In addition, in logistics section of steel industry a remarkable efficiency can be attained by application of the RFID system. However, in the RFID system applied for the steel industry, lots of problems were found to be solved in recognition of the tags and antennas. This paper presents the feasibility of deploying RFID in the steel industry as a tool for reduction of the production cost. An application of the steel industry to RFID-based tracking management system was proposed. The results of this paper showed that the recognition rate of material input and output was found 100 percent and secured 99 percent of detection rate in the location. In conclusion, the proposed RFID-based tracking management system was approved superior to the existing system in terms of productivity.

Abstract: With the advancement of information technology and increasing diversity in medical field, there are ongoing researches on ontology based intelligent medical system in Oriental medicine field. Intelligent diagnostic support system uses ontology to give a structure to complex medical knowledge and personal medical history so that we can make diagnosis more scientific, and provide better medical services. In this paper, we suggest an ontology that structuralize three knowledge types basic medical data, clinical trial data, and personal health information, which can be used as important information for individually tailored diagnosis. Especially in Oriental medicine diagnosis, both patient`s symptoms of illness and physical constitution play a great role; it can lead to distinct diagnosis depending on their combination. Thus, it is much needed to have a diagnostic support system that uses personal health history and physical constitution along with basic medical data and clinical trial data in the field. In this paper, we implemented an Oriental medicine diagnostic support system that provides individualized diagnosis service to each patient by building an ontology on Oriental medicine focused on individual physical constitution and disease information.

Abstract: Each pixels become got pixel value for color of only one from among colors because of bayer pattern that light receiving device of image sensor which is used in HHP and digital camera writes only one color. Information of the missing pixels could infer perfect color image from using information of neighbor pixels by using CFA(Color Filter Array). In this paper, we derive relation between the average of the data from the light receiving device of image sensor and each color channel data. And by using this relation, a new efficient edge color fuzzy method for color interpolation is proposed. Also, missing luminance signal channel interpolation was fuzzy interpolation along any edges direction for reducing color noise and interpolating efficiently it. And in this paper, the proposed method has been proved improving average 2.4dB than the conventional method by using PSNR. Also, resolution of the image of the proposed method was similar to the original image by visual images, we has been verified to be decreased a chromatic aberration than image of conventional algorithms with simulation result.

Abstract: One of the most distinguished features of the DHP association rules mining algorithm is that it counts the support of hash key combinations composed of k items at phase k-1, and uses the counted support for pruning candidate large itemsets to improve perform ance. At this time, it is desirable for each hash key combination to have a separate count variable, wh ere it is impossible to allocate the variables owing to memory shortage. So, the algorithm uses a di rect hashing mechanism in which several hash key combinations conflict and are counted in a sam e hash bucket. But the direct hashing mechanism is not efficient because the distribution of hash key combinations is unvalanced by the characteristics sourced from the mining process. This pa per proposes a mapped perfect hashing function which maps the region of hash key combinations into a continuous integer space for phase 3 and maximizes the efficiency of direct hashing mechanis m. Abstract: In some image processing system or the users who want to see a specific region of image simply, if a part of the image has higher quality than other regions, it would be a nice service. Specifically in mobile environments, preferential service was needed, as the screen size is small. So, JPEG2000 supplies this function. But this doesn`t support the process to extract specific regions or service and does the functions to add some techniques. It is called by ROI(Region-of-Interest). In this paper, we use images including human faces, which are processed most preferentially and compressed with high quality. Before an image is served to the users, it is compressed and saved. Here, the face parts are compressed with higher quality than the background which are relatively with lower quality. This technique can offer better service with preferential transferring of the faces, too. Besides, whole regions of the image are compressed with same quality and after searching the faces, they can be preferentially transferred. In this paper, we use a face extraction approach based on neural network and the preferential processing with EBCOT of JPEG2000. For experimentation, we use images having several human faces and evaluate objectively and subjectively, and proved that this approach is a nice one.

Abstract: Recently supply of Internet is bringing a important change in medical environments. The hospitals which had a different system is required the system that can efficien tly share and exchange medical information. In order to transmission medical information between systems, the Health Level Seven(HL7) interface engine development that can convert medical data to HL7 messages is ne cessary. The HL7 is a standard protocol for data exchange in healthcare environments. In this paper, I impl emented HL7 interface engine for Alzheimer's disease in elderly care facility. The interface engine is compo sed of the client system and the server system. The client system inputs user's medical care data for the aged, and builds them into HL7 message stream. HL7 messages in the client system transmitted over TCP/IP proto col to the server system. The server system parses and validates this messages stream to the segments and fields and then transmits acknowledgement to the client system. I implemented it using the Java and JavaCC.
