Analysis of Training Features of Special Abilities of National Women Disc Throwers

Abstract: This is a research on training method of t Chinese excellent women discus team by revealing some inherent laws of the specific training arrangements.It aims to improve the training level of Chinese women discus and to consolidate theoretical basis.Research methods: To select six Chinese elite female discus throwers by using high speed video combined with mathematical statistics and data collection methods.Conclusions: Training of special strength must strictly cling to the structure of technique action,and focus shall be laid on features and the corresponding muscle group and muscle contraction order.Training of special throwing ability shall take into consideration of application of different weight,and species.Factors of inherent law of instruments shall be made good of to reach the expected effect.It is vital to improve training of general body ability into the basis of special ability.The premise of training in high strength technique is the intensified training of special throwing ability.

A Study on Relativity between Exercise Benefits/Barriers and Different Exercise Stages

Abstract: By means of the Phrasal Change Theory Scale of Stage of Change Theory and the Exercise Benefits and Barriers Scale of Health Belief Model,data were collected on 320 urban residents.Through using the method of literature consultation and mathematical statistics,this paper analyzes the perception of exercise benefits and barriers in urban residents,along with the relativity with different exercise stages.The research results show below:these samples either agreed or strongly agreed with most of the benefit items,reflecting that they felt adequate cognizance about benefits of regular exercising,although they have not exclusively participant exercise activity;these samples fairly agreed with many of the barrier items,this is consistent with suggestion that perceived barriers could be more influential on behavior than perceived benefits;exercise behavior was significantly correlated with the Phrasal Change Theory constructs;the external factor such as exercise milieu could change exercise behavior in the short-time,not a long-term effect,but the internal factor or extrinsic motivation played an important part in changing and maintaining behavior,and according this conclusion some way of thinking and suggestion to step in exercise intervention can be given.

Effects of Total Saponins of Panax Ginseng on Contents of Monoamine Transmitter in Hippocampal Tissue of Rats Exposed with Exercise Fatigue

Abstract: Objective To observe the changes on the contents of GABA,Ach,5-HT,NE,DA and the ratios of DA/5-HT in hippocampal tissue of rats with exercise fatigue,and to detect the impact of Total Saponins of Panax Ginseng(TSPG) on them,to study the centre mechanisms of exercise fatigue and regulate effects of TSPG.Methods 45 male SD rats were randomly divided into control group,model group and TSPG group.In the wake of adaptive exercise,the chronic exercise fatigue models were established through the way of treadmill.During the periods of exercise reinforcement,intragastric administration were exercised in TSPG 0.07 g·kg-1·d-1in TSPG group.Meanwhile,the same volume physiologic saline were given in control groups and model groups,and the contents of GABA,Ach,5-HT,NE and DA in hippocampal tissue of rats were detected by high efficiency liquid chromatography.Results The contents of GABA,5-HT increased,whereas the contents of Ach,NE,DA and the ratios of DA/5-HT decreased in models group;Compared with the control group,they all have the significant difference(P0.05);however the contents of GABA 、5-HT decreased but the contents of Ach,NE,DA and the ratios of DA/5-HT increased in TSPG group;Compared with the models group they all have the significant difference(P0.05).Conclusions The increase of contents of GABA,5-HT and the decrease of the contents of Ach,NE,DA and the ratios of DA/5-HT may be one of the centre mechanisms of exercise fatigue,the decrease of contents of GABA,5-HT,and the increase in the contents of NE,DA or the ratios of DA/5-HT in hippocampal tissue may be one of the mechanisms of antifatigue by TSPG.

Abstract: It is now a trend in China to make accessible to public of those sports facilities in primary and middle schools.What were put into the research are those policies on how to manage and systemize this service.Aided by the relevant literature consultation,the research,against the backdrops of different periods,made a thorough and detailed analysis of the concerning rules and regulations.The effort is meant to give a hand for local authority to enact the Law of the People's Republic of China and the National Fitness Program.Meanwhile,it aims to make the best use of sports resources in preliminary education to promote the health for young population and laid down the reference for possible legislation.

Spatiotemporal Patterns of Sports Technological Innovation and Path Selection of National Patent Strategy for China

Abstract: National patent strategy has become the power and engine for sports technological innovation in post-Olympic era.Meanwhile,it is also an inevitable choice for sports technological development indispensable to make China as sport power.What is proposed in this article is a patent-based methodology framework for analyzing the patterns of sports technological innovation in China.It is done from three aspects of time,space and space-time coupling,which integrates Mann-Kendall test,GIS technology,specialization coefficient,and meanwhile,Moran's I and the LIAS index are simultaneously employed.Results reveal that the overall level of sports technological innovation is not high and it shows a spatial pattern of "East high,West low".Patents of most provinces or cities belong to sports utility model patent and design special classes,and only a few exhibit high invention patents coefficient,denoting that the structure of sports technological innovation is not perfect.In addition,growth rate of sports technological innovation present some spatial aggregation and dependence,and the increasing hot spots are Zhejiang and Jiangsu Province.Based on the above results,a powerful sport nation oriented patent strategy spatial model is developed,and a realistic path is proposed from four aspects: source point,radiation axis,resistance surface and impedance point,aiming to provide some references for implementation of national patent strategy.

Research on Social Function and Cultural Connotation of A Tibetan Traditional Sport "Eerduo"

Abstract: The research was brought about collectively by three scientific methods including field survey,expert interview and documents consultation.Analyzed in depth in the research are social function and cultural connotation of Eerduo – a Tibetan traditional sport.The result shows that Eerduo,which is one constructive force to make Tibetan cultural integrity,combines into a whole with its practicability,its technological capability,and its quality of sport.Therefore,Eerduo is collective wisdom of Tibetan people.It calls for effective protection by all means and it needs tentative exploitation in every possible way to extend its glory and beauty.This exploitative effort should be done with emphasis laid upon its sport competitiveness and technological capability;while the conservative and inheriting effort should be made through manipulating its technology capability and recognizing its using skill.

Research on Trends and Distribution of China′s Gold Medals in Summer Olympic Games List

Abstract: Through literature research,statistics,methods of induction,the research is conducted to give an analysis of trends of the Chinese gold medal winners and the distribution of gold projects from 23rd to 29th Summer Olympic Games.The results show that the composition of China's Summer Olympic Games medals table is in a form of "inverted pyramid".Features of the overall medals table constitution are that traditionally strong events keep dominating medals table with the events of potential advantages showing breakthrough in the table and the weak disciplines remain vulnerable and still in low ebb.Totally,Gold chart shows an increasing tendency with the regional distribution of the "core camp" of Summer Olympic Games gold projects mainly concentrating among such nine areas as Guangdong,Hunan,Hubei,Zhejiang,Jiangsu,Beijing,Liaoning,Shanghai,Shandong,where the overall medals table in the contribution rate reach 69.33%.There is a significant difference in regional distribution of gold projects(P0.01),three regions in east,central,west,show obvious features of three gradient,namely,the order of the contribution rate of gold from west to east is the west(7.84%) Central(24.69%) Eastern(67.47%).At the same time,the proportion of male and female athletes who obtained gold medals in the Summer Olympic Games project gradually becomes neutral and the situation of "Excess of Yin and shortage of Yang" is gradually reversed.
