TL;DR: Two species previously known only from females from Tibet, C. majorinus Chu and spinulosus Chu, are redescribed and figured including the hitherto unknown males, and recorded from Darjeeling, India.
Abstract: A diagnosis is presented for the chaetophthalmus Group of the genus Culicoides, which includes six described species found in cool-adapted habitats at higher latitudes and altitudes in western North America and northern and eastern Asia. Two species previously known only from females from Tibet, C. majorinus Chu and spinulosus Chu, are redescribed and figured including the hitherto unknown males, and recorded from Darjeeling, India; majorinus is also recorded from Mt. Kinabalu, Sabah.

TL;DR: The name Neoxoridini is used in place of Poemeniini as that name has priority and new distributions of the Oriental taxa are given based upon a study of additional specimens.
Abstract: The name Neoxoridini is used in place of Poemeniini as that name has priority. Pseudeugalta Ashmead and its synonyms are placed as junior synonyms of Achorocephalus Kriechbaumer and species previously under Pseudeugalta are transferred to Achorocephalus. Distributional table of the genera of Neoxoridini is revised and all the known species are listed under various zoogeographical regions. Certain errors in my 1980 paper are corrected and new distributions of the Oriental taxa are given based upon a study of additional specimens.

TL;DR: A new Oriental species, Procloeon tatualis sp.
Abstract: Following a recent review and redefinition of the genus Procloeon Bengtsson a new Oriental species, Procloeon tatualis sp. nov., is described based on larval material. The new species apparently represents a new generic record for Taiwan. Prior to revisionary studies, the species would have been assigned to the enigmatic genus Centroptilum Eaton due to its possession of hind wing pads. The new species is most closely related to the P. pulchrum (Eaton) species cluster of Europe.
