Abstract: RESUM EN : Las prestaciones de los dispositivos moviles actuales han hecho posible que su uso ya no se limite unicamente al acto comunicativo. En este trabajo, se analiza la influencia de los dispositivos moviles en el aprendizaje a partir del analisis de las tesis doctorales defendidas en Espana sobre mobile learning. Se ha seguido una estrategia metodologica de revision sistematica con meta-analisis para conocer el impacto real de los dispositivos moviles en el aprendizaje de los estudiantes de diferentes niveles educativos. Entre los resultados, resalta la variedad de ambitos de ensenanza que son objeto de interes de la investigacion doctoral en Espana, la diversidad de objetivos en la investigacion sobre aprendizaje movil y los metodos utilizados para obtener la informacion. Por otro lado, el meta-analisis muestra el efecto estadisticamente significativo a favor del grupo experimental de las distintas tesis doctorales en su conjunto. Finalmente, es relevante conocer y tener ejemplos concretos sobre mobile learning, dado que los resultados del meta-analisis muestran que la implementacion de los dispositivos moviles en la educacion produce mejoras en el aprendizaje de los estudiantes . ABSTRACT : The benefits of current mobile devices have made it possible for their use to no longer be limited to the communicative act. In this paper, the influence of mobile devices on learning is analyzed from the studies of a doctoral thesis defended in Spain on mobile learning. Thus, a methodological strategy of systematic review with meta-analysis has been followed to know the real impact of mobile devices in the learning of students of different educational levels. Among the results, the variety of teaching fields that are the subject of doctoral research in Spain, the diversity of objectives in mobile learning research and the methods used to obtain the information stand out. On the other hand, the meta-analysis shows the statistically significant effect in favor of the experimental group of the different doctoral thesis in general. Finally, it is important to know and have concrete examples about mobile learning, once the results of the meta-analysis show that the implementation of mobile devices in education produces improvements in student learning . Abstract: RESUMO : A formacao docente relacionada ao uso das tecnologias digitais e uma importante questao para a Educacao Basica na contemporaneidade. As novas competencias docentes sao fundamentais para praticas de ensino e aprendizagens exitosas, principalmente as que envolvem o uso das tecnologias, tais como Internet, dispositivos moveis, redes sociais online , entre outros recursos. A capacitacao docente precisa explorar o desenvolvimento de competencias e habilidades tecnicas e pedagogicas, norteadas pela reconstrucao do conhecimento como forma de relacionar a informacao a pratica formativa, utilizando a tecnologia nao como um fim em si mesma, mas capaz de revolucionar a pratica pedagogica. Dessa forma, o presente estudo tem como objetivo abordar a utilizacao das tecnologias digitais e oferecer material didatico com propostas de trabalho com as TIC, a ser disponibilizado por meio de um curso de formacao para docentes da Secretaria de Estado de Educacao do Rio de Janeiro (SEEDUC-RJ), via plataforma Moodle, com o objetivo de capacitar e oferecer estrategias para incentivar os educadores a inserirem as tecnologias de informacao e comunicacao em suas praticas docentes de forma contextualizada e planejada pedagogicamente. ABSTRACT : The teacher’s training related to the use of digital technologies is an important issue for Basic Education in contemporary times. The new teaching skills are essential to the successful teaching and learning practices, especially in those that involve the use of technologies such as the Internet, mobile devices, online social networks, among other resources. The teacher’s training needs to explore the development of technical and pedagogical skills, guided by the reconstruction of knowledge as a way of relating information to a formative practice, using technology not as an “end” in itself but as a way of changing the pedagogical practice. Thus, this study intends to discuss the use of digital technologies and offer a pedagogical material with proposals to work with ICT through a training course for teachers of the State Secretary for Education of Rio de Janeiro (SEEDUC-RJ), through the Moodle platform, in order to offer strategies to encourage Educators to insert the information and communication technologies into their teaching practices, in a contextualized and pedagogically planned way . Abstract: : This paper details a number of challenges and opportunities for today’s learners when reading for information on the Internet. After defining online reading comprehension from a new literac ies perspective and how it appears to be different than offline reading comprehension, I highlight details about four of the biggest challenges for today’s learners. These include 1) understanding and becoming proficient with the new literacy skills and practices needed for online research; 2) developing a special kind of digital wisdom that focuses on learning how to learn with the Internet; 3) taking on new roles in a digital culture that expects learners to actively participate and contribute with new knowledge as a member of their community; and 4) developing positive attitudes toward using the Internet for academic work. The second part of the paper shares examples of how skilled online readers can use the steps of online inquiry to think more deeply about topics that interest them; develop a personal voice as they share ideas with others; and work collaboratively to build meaning and new digital products that enable them to make a difference in their world, or matter. RESUMO : Este artigo detalha alguns desafios e oportunidades para o aprendiz contemporâneo, quando ele le para obter informacoes na Internet. Depois de definir a compreensao da leitura online pela perspectiva dos novos letramentos e de mostrar como ela parece se diferir da leitura do impresso, eu destaco detalhes a respeito de quatro dos maiores desafios para os aprendizes na atualidade. Eles incluem: 1) compreender e se tornar proficiente nas habilidades dos novos letramentos e nas praticas necessarias para a pesquisa na Internet; 2) desenvolver um tipo especial de conhecimento digital que focaliza o aprender a aprender com a Internet; 3) a assumir novos papeis na cultura digital que espera que alunos, como membros de uma comunidade, participem ativamente e contribuam com ela trazendo novos conhecimentos; e 4) o desenvolvimento de atitudes positivas em relacao ao uso da Internet para o trabalho academico. Abstract: RESUMEN : El meme en Internet puede ser entendido como un texto digital que implica no solo complejos sistemas de referencias, sino tambien extensas posibilidades expresivas. Se trata de un recurso de enunciacion que recientemente ha adquirido mayor relevancia social, en buena medida, a partir de las caracteristicas sociotecnicas de las plataformas sociodigitales en las que circulan ampliamente, entre las que destacan Facebook, Twitter, entre otras. A pesar de que se trata de unidades de sentido dadas por distintos tipos de signos (pueden ser tanto cadenas de caracteres como imagenes en movimiento o estaticas), haremos enfasis en estas ultimas, en funcion del corpus de analisis recopilado. A partir de una observacion de tipo cualitativo, durante el proceso electoral para la eleccion presidencial en Mexico (que tuvo lugar entre diciembre de 2017 y julio de 2018), se registraron 900 memes a traves de los cuales es posible identificar diversos tipos de expresiones, algunas de las cuales pueden ser ubicadas en cercania a practicas politicas. El objetivo central del trabajo que se propone es reflexionar sobre la naturaleza del meme como texto, asi como las posibilidades que brinda para observar las dinamicas que uso y reinterpretacion de estos signos de naturaleza digital, a partir de un contexto electoral en el que los usuarios participaron generando, compartiendo y modificando este tipo de unidades culturales. ABSTRACT :Internet memes can be understood as a digital text that involves not only complex systems of references, but also extensive expressive possibilities. It is an enunciation resource that has recently acquired greater social relevance, largely from the sociotechnical characteristics of the social network sites in which they circulate widely, among which Facebook, Twitter and others stand out. Although these are units of meaning given by different types of signs (they can be both strings of characters as moving or static images), we will emphasize the latter, depending on the corpus of analysis collected. From a qualitative observation, during the electoral process for the presidential election in Mexico (which took place between December 2017 and July 2018), 900 memes were registered through which it is possible to identify various types of expressions, some of which can be located in close proximity to political practices. The main objective of the proposed work is to reflect on the nature of the meme as a text, as well as the possibilities it offers to observe the dynamics that use and reinterpretation of these signs of a digital nature, from an electoral context in which users they participated generating, sharing and modifying this type of cultural units.
