TL;DR: In this article , the authors deal with the problems of change management in the new conditions of superfragility of the BANI-world, and the relationship between the conceptual methodologies of digital consciousness and metacognition and the effectiveness of the formation of a change management strategy has been established.
Abstract: The article deals with the problems of change management in the new conditions of superfragility of the BANI-world. Interpretations of the concepts of “transcendental thinking”, “digital consciousness”, “immersiveness” are given. The prerequisites substantiating the idea that transcendental thinking needs to be cultivated in the organisation in order to achieve effective management flexibility are presented. The latter is formed in the broader context of the digital consciousness organisational culture, without which it is impossible to set up the organisation’s staff for a positive perception of immersive management practices and the digital technologies productive use. Barriers to the transformation of organisational processes have been identified. It has been shown that the digital transformation of the organisation increases the resistance on the part of the staff by digital resistance plane, when aversion to any change correlates with a lack of understanding of digital opportunities. The relationship between the conceptual methodologies of digital consciousness and metacognition and the effectiveness of the formation of a change management strategy has been established.

TL;DR: In this paper , a logical scheme of interaction and interpenetration of the processes arising in the digital economy creation, digitalisation and digital transformation was built, which has allowed to create the authors' vision of the definitions essence for their further use in science and practice.
Abstract: Due to the frequent use of the terms “digital economy”, “digitalisation” and “digital transformation” in regulation legal documents and methodological developments concerning the information technologies development and implementation in society and the economy, it is relevant to analyse the essence and application of these definitions. A terminological analysis of these concepts was carried out, and attention to main practical aspects describing these phenomena is paid in the article. A significant terminological discrepancy in these concepts in legislative documents, research and practice was noted. This leads to the emergence of incorrect messages for the methodological and practical conclusions both on a global scale and at the specific economic actors level. A logical scheme of interaction and interpenetration of the processes, arising in the digital economy creation, digitalisation and digital transformation, was built, which has allowed to create the authors’ vision of the definitions essence for their further use in science and practice.

Russian and foreign students assessed their level of involvement in the educational process in distance and face-to-face learning according to the parameters of four types of involvement: emotional (affective), behavioral, cognitive and academic. Involvement in the educational process during the distance learning decreases among all students, while for foreign students it is to a greater extent than for Russian students, which is due to the linguistic, cultural, mental characteristics of this category of students. Organizational, technical, psychological and emotional barriers were identified as problems that reduce the involvement in the educational process in the distance learning format of Russian and foreign students.
