Embodiments herein relate to a first communication device (110; 121; 122; 123) and method therein for transmitting data information at fixed time instants on a radio channel to a second communication device (121; 122; 123; 110) in a radio communications network (100). First, the first communication device (110; 121; 122; 123) determines that the radio channel is available for transmitting data information to the second communication device (121; 122; 123; 110) during a time period determined by the first communication device (110; 121; 122; 123). Then, the first communication device (110; 121; 122; 123) transmits a preamble on the available radio channel after the time period. The first communication device (110; 121; 122; 123) thereafter transmits the data information on the available radio channel to the second communication device (121; 122; 23; 110) at a next fixed time instant following the transmission of the preamble.read more
