Abstract
The invention relates to a heat stabilizer for PVC, and preparation and application thereof. The preparation method is characterized by comprising: respectively dissolving sodium terephthalate and aluminium nitrate (aluminium chloride, aluminium sulfate or aluminium hydroxide) in water, stirring at 20-180 DEG C for reacting for 1-24 h, and then filtering, washing and drying, so as to prepare the aluminium terephthalate finished product and apply the finished product as the PVC heat stabilizer. The product is efficient, non-toxic, environment-friendly, low in cost, good in initial-stage dyeing property, excellent in transparency, weatherability and plasticizing property, and relatively good in compatibility with PVC. The product performances are not influenced by usage amount of additives during processing, processing equipment are not easy to wear, and the heat stabilizer has wide application prospect in PVC industry.
