Stepwise inversion of a groundwater flow model with multi-scale observation data

TL;DR: In this paper, a site-scale groundwater model has been built with more than 20 stratified hydrofacies by coupling observation data from different sources and at various spatial scales including single-well test, multiple-well pumping test and regional aquifer monitoring data.

Groundwater level status report for 2008, Los Alamos National Laboratory

TL;DR: The status of groundwater level monitoring at Los Alamos National Laboratory in 2008 is provided in this paper, where the authors summarize the groundwater level data for 179 monitoring wells, including 45 regional aquifer wells, 28 intermediate wells, 8 regional/intermediate wells, 106 alluvial wells, and 12 water supply wells.

Hydrogeological engineering approaches to investigate and characterize heterogeneous aquifers

TL;DR: Harp et al. as discussed by the authors presented a compilation of five stand-alone manuscripts (Chapters 2 through 5 and Appendix A) to investigate and characterize heterogeneous aquifers.

Groundwater Level Status Report for 2005 Los Alamos National Laboratory

S.P. Allen, +1 more
TL;DR: The status of groundwater level monitoring at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) in 2005 is provided in this paper, where the Groundwater Level Monitoring Project (GLMP) was established to provide a framework for the collection and processing of quality controlled groundwater level data.

Hydrogeologic characterization of a groundwater system using sequential aquifer tests and flowmeter logs

TL;DR: In this article, four sequential aquifer tests were conducted in new municipal water supply wells located in Guaje Canyon on the northeastern flank of Pajarito Plateau, and each well is approximately 2000 ft deep, and has about 1300 ft of continuous louvered screen at the bottom.
