The invention relates to the technical field of universal wheel machining, in particular to automatic assembling equipment for a universal wheel bottom plate. The automatic assembling equipment comprises a machining table. A positioning jig used for temporarily storing workpieces is arranged above the machining table. A bolt tool assembly and a nut tool assembly are arranged on the two sides of the positioning jig correspondingly. A two-way moving assembly is arranged below the machining table. A wheel material guiding assembly is arranged at one end of the positioning jig. One end of the wheel material guiding assembly is in butt joint with one end of the positioning jig. A bottom plate feeding assembly is arranged at the other end of the positioning jig. One end of the bottom plate feeding assembly is in butt joint with one end of the positioning jig. A discharging rail is further arranged above the machining table. A discharging assembly is arranged above the positioning jig and fixedly connected with the table top of the machining table through a fixing support. The discharging assembly comprises a pneumatic clamping jaw capable of moving between the positioning jig and the discharging rail.
