Abstract
The utility model discloses an automatic inner gear and outer gear switching positioning mechanism of a gear shaping machine, which comprises a driving cylinder. A tapered iron plane is connected on a piston shaft of the driving cylinder. The central line of the tapered iron plane and the central line of the piston shaft are not parallel to each other. In this way, when the piston shaft performs reciprocating slides along the driving cylinder, the tapered iron plane is enabled to drive a knife rest to move on another direction. The cutter relieving and feeding operations of the gear shaping machine are then achieved. Meanwhile, the position of a cutter relieving positioning block is adjusted through another positioning block positioning tapered iron so as to achieve a switch of processing on the inner gears and the outer gears of the gear shaping machine. By adopting the mechanism provided in the utility model, automatic switches and positioning of the inner gears and outer gears of the gear shaping machine can be achieved without manual operations. The complex operation steps by workers are then no longer required. The structure of the gear shaping machine is then made more advanced and user-friendly.
