Brown gas warm air blower in green house

Abstract: A brown gas heater for agriculture is provided to reduce the unit cost of production by combining a brown gas generator and a burner, to cut down fuel expenses by using the brown gas generated by water energy system as the fuel for heating a greenhouse, and to use only the brown gas normally while additionally using water and oil in winter. A brown gas heater for agriculture comprises: a main body which has an operation panel and a combustion room seeing-through door at the front of an outer case, and which has a combustion room(114) in the middle of the inside of the main body; a brown gas generator which has an electrolytic bath(121) of 4 rooms at the lower side of the main body, and which is equipped with an electrolyte tank(122) and a power supply device around the combustion room; a pressure pump and a pressure tank, both of which are operated by a water level sensor of the electrolyte tank for supplementary water to be automatically supplied into the electrolyte tank; a brown gas-water-oil burner(130) which is installed in the center of the combustion room; an air blower(117) which is installed at the rear end of a connecting duct connected to the top of the combustion room; and an air suction hole(113) which is formed in front of the electrolyte tank. The air sucked from the air suction hole absorbs the heat generated by the electrolytic bath while passing through the electrode plates of the electrolytic bath. The temperature-risen air is heated by the brown gas-water-oil burner while passing through the combustion room, and then the heated air is sent into a greenhouse by the air blower.
