Abstract
The invention provides a brush DC motor, the both ends of a motor shell is connected fixedly with left and right cover, the left cover is provided with a left bearing location hole and a left bearing, the right cover is provided with a right bearing location hole and a right bearing, the left shaft end of rotor shaft is used for slewing bearing through the left bearing, the right shaft end of rotor shaft is used for slewing bearing through the right bearing, the device is characterized that the right end face of the right shaft outer ring is made axial displacement restricting through Shaft with a collar arranged on rotor shaft; between the left shaft and commutator is provided with conical spring, the small head end of the conical spring is supported with the right side end of the left shaft inner ring, the big end is supported with the bottom end of the commutator, the left side end of the left bearing outer ring is limited by step of the left bearing location hole. The device has the advantages that the stator shaft has the reliable axial displacement restricting, the commutator has simple technology, light weight, low cost, solid structure, good heat dissipation and can meet high speed work requirement.
