PURPOSE: A ubiquitous streetlight having an environment sensor is provided to supply information related to environment management according to the class of collected environment information by installing an environment sensor on the device. CONSTITUTION: A ubiquitous streetlight having an environment sensor is composed of an environment sensor(300) and a street light controller(400). The environment sensor collects environmental information around the street light, and the street light controller controls on/off of the lighting apparatus in responses to a predetermined driving condition. The street light controller outputs an environment management according to classes of collected environment information from the environment sensor.

The present invention relates to a multi-function smart street lighting including: a street lighting post; a control unit inserted inside the street lighting post, receiving electricity from the outside, exchanging signals with the outside, and embedded with a storage device capable of storing moving pictures and data; an earthquake sensor embedded in the ground; an emergency switch formed on an outer side of the street lighting post, and connected to the control unit to transmit the signal; a charging terminal seating unit; a charging unit provided in the charging terminal seating unit and charging an electric vehicle; a pedestrian detection sensor for transmitting the presence or absence of a pedestrian to the control unit; a speaker seating unit spaced apart from an upper portion of the charging terminal seating unit; a speaker provided at an inside of the street lighting post and behind the speaker seating unit; and a microphone provided outside the speaker. Accordingly, traffic lights are operated automatically according to the surrounding situations, the electric vehicle is charged, and surrounding situations are recorded and transmitted.
