[ES] El objetivo de este trabajo ha sido estudiar las caracteristicas de los enunciados de busqueda empleados por los usuarios de una catalogo publico de acceso en linea y comprobar su grado de coincidencia con los indices de encabezamientos de materia. Se ha realizado un analisis transaccional de 1925 enunciados utilizados en el campo materias en el catalogo CISNE de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Para cada enunciado valido se han considerado las siguientes variables: presencia de errores ortograficos y tipograficos, uso de idiomas diferentes al espanol, numero de palabras, tipo de busqueda, estructura sintactica y nivel de coincidencia con el indice alfabetico de materias. Tambien se ha comprobado si existen diferencias entre las areas de conocimiento en cuanto a todas las variables analizadas. Los resultados sobre las caracteristicas de los enunciados confirman que los usuarios del OPAC mayoritariamente utilizan pocas palabras (1 o 2) para expresar las materias sobre las que necesitan informacion. Aunque la estructura sintactica de las expresiones es muy variada, predominan las mas simples y en orden directo (nombre o nombre + adjetivo). El tipo de busqueda mas frecuente es la tematica, frente a los escasos porcentajes que se refieren a personas, lugares, entidades o titulos de obras. Los niveles de coincidencia exacta con los encabezamientos de materia del indice son de un 42% mientras que la coincidencia parcial o de algun termino alcanza el 47%. Respecto a las diferencias entre las areas de conocimiento, tanto en las caracteristicas de los enunciados como en la equiparacion, permiten establecer similitudes entre las areas de "ciencias" y las de "letras". Sin embargo, solo dos grupos presentan perfiles claramente diferenciados: Humanidades y Ciencias Medicas.

This article analyzes similarities and differences between Functional Requirements for Bibliographic Records (FRBR) entities and their representation in the Colon Classification call numbers. Dealing with lack of organization in library shelves and in the lists of bibliographic records resulting from users’ searches in our present online catalogs, the article discusses the chance to organize bibliographic resources by FRBR entities using the model of the facet formula provided for call numbers in Colon Classification and by means of relevant, ready, and useable extant data. Arrangement of FRBR Entities in Colon Classification Call Numbers

To describe and interpret part of the ongoing proce ss of sociocognitive institutionalization of domain of Knowledge Organization (KO) is the central aim o f this study. For that, we proceeded to diachronic analysis of language used, expressed and registered by scientific community at conferences of the International Society for Knowledge Organization (I SKO), understanding this entity as representative of the domain due to the central role it acquires. The scientific production of sponsored events by ISKO are considered valuable source to detect domin ant ideological positions taken periodically via discourse analysis set out in documents. Thus, issu es related to language, memory and knowledge as a result of the interaction between the subject and i ts environment have been addressed. Was sought theoretical support on Bakhtin Circle (CB), especia lly with regard to social and ideological character of the linguistic sign and the concept dialogism be tween signs, pillar that supports the author's thes is about the social character of language. Conceptions on the relationship between individual memory and the collective memory and the dialogism treated s a memory medium and thus a means of access of knowledge. Were selected from the theoretical ar eas of IC and KO concepts that address the implications of these for interactive production, o rganization and use of information and knowledge processes activities. Regarding the process of inst itutionalization, subsidies were sought up primaril y in the design of Whitley (1974) on the concept of s cientific institutionalization and social cognitive character of science and the mutual relationship of both. Information constituents of the domain of theoretical frameworks were brought from KO, elabor ting a diachronic analysis of the process of theorizing based on the use of the term "Knowledge Organization", regarding the first theoretical formulations on bibliographic classification discip line. Then, the process of founding and development of ISKO was described, in which were analyzed utter ances employed in the themes, sub-themes and in its correlation with the authors of the papers pres ented and the organizers of the eleven editions of international conferences of ISKO occurred biennial ly between 1990 and 2010. The analyzed terms were considered statements or signs that incorporat e and bring with them the dialogical relations between the currents of thought collectively consid ere more significant in each historical moment. To systematize statements raised, two networks were bu ilt by event, graphically showing the connection between the sub-themes and titles of works and the ot r the connection between the sub-themes and authors, as published in each proceeding. Analysis of the scientific production of those responsible f or organizing each year's event was also held, contras ti g to the findings of themes and subthemes, understanding that the organizers, due to their pos ition in each event, would have greater means of influence in the drafting of the themes in the edit ions of each event. This enabled the analysis and interpretation by categorizing the data into eight t ematic groups and the representations of philosophical guidelines for colors, in addition to establishing a diachronic theme trajectory from th e construction of diachronic concept maps representin g the main concepts, approaches and corresponding authors who have been part of the pro cess institutionalization of the field of KO. From the mapping done, it was generally possible to visu al ze the spatiotemporal interference in social cognitive development of the area in question and, indeed, the ideological options and philosophical orientations of a group of individuals or an instit ution constantly do throughout its career.
