The present invention provides a color segmentation based regulatory plan drawing automatic vectorization method and system. The method comprises the following steps: 1) establishing a pixel database, and classifying HSV color spaces into a plurality types according to different tones, saturation and brightness; 2) converting a to-be-processed image into an HSV color space; 3) matching each pixel point in the to-be-processed image of the HSV color space with a type in a database, so as to obtain a segmented image; 4) loading the image by means of OpenCv, performing gray-scale image conversion on the image, binarizing the image, and performing via extraction on the image, so as to obtain a vector coordinate set of each type; and 5) converting the vector coordinate set in the above step into a vector drawing. The beneficial effects of the method and system provided by the present invention are as follows: due to adoption of the method, the drawing can be rapidly analyzed, so as to complete the whole vector drawing conversion process, which greatly reduces the workload of original manual inputting.read more
