Abstract
The utility model discloses a device for measuring rheological parameters of a polymer melt on line. The device comprises a temperature control device, wherein a storage chamber is formed in the temperature control device; a piston is arranged above the storage chamber; multiple spaced capillary opening dies are sequentially arranged below the storage chamber from top to bottom; the storage chamber is connected with a melt plastification section of an extruder through a melt pump; the polymer melt is introduced into the storage chamber from the melt plastification section of the extruder through the melt pump, and by the extrusion of the piston, the polymer melt in the storage chamber is sequentially extruded from the multiple capillary opening dies. According to the device, Bagley and Rabinowitsch correction can be simultaneously performed to measure the actual shear viscosity of the material in real time, the instantaneous extensional viscosity of the melt can be measured by a Cogswell method, and in addition, the capillary opening dies with different sizes can be replaced for researches on the wall slip phenomenon of the melt; compared with the conventional offline measurement, the device has the advantage that the rheological behavior of the material in processing equipment can be actually reflected.
