TL;DR: In this article, the authors proposed a proactive maternal management of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy is essential if the outcomes of the neonates is to be achieved, which is the leading cause of maternal mortality and associated adverse neonatal outcomes, while impressive advances in prophylaxis for recurrent preeclampsia have reduced its frequency significantly.
