Abstract
The invention relates to jet engineering, specifically – to the jet mills for grinding coarse materials. The invention is aimed on improving ejectors for acceleration in accelerating tubes of dispersed material in the first turn, extending life of accelerating tubes by gas dynamic protection of tube walls against abrasion damage by dispersed flow. Novelty in the disclosed design of an ejector consists in the original solutions of accelerating tubes in the form of a set of easily removable nozzle blocks installed in a cartridge. Another new solution consists in the original design of a nozzle apparatus, in which the ring nozzles are optimally located that cover the flow channel of accelerating tube and oriented in such a way that they provide acceleration of flow in the tube and effective protection of the walls of accelerating tubes.
