Abstract
The utility model discloses an electric eddy current metal material analysis sensor, which is invented for solving the problems of high cost, poor applicability and the like in the prior art. The electric eddy current metal material analysis sensor comprises a case, a framework, a sensor coil and a signal source and a detection circuit, wherein the case is used for accommodating the sensor coil and the framework, the framework is in a tube shape, and is made of high-magnetic-conductivity materials, one end is arranged near a metal base plate to be tested, the sensor coil is wound and arranged on the framework, the signal source is used for providing alternating current signals for the sensor coil for generating eddy current on the plane of the metal base plate to be tested, the detection circuit is connected with the sensor coil, is used for detecting the eddy current generated on the plane of the metal base plate to be tested, and is provided with the output end. When the structure is used for measuring the standard metal materials in different types, the caused magnetic flux change difference and the inductance value difference are converted through the detection circuit into electric signals to be output through the output end, and the contact type or non-contact type measurement of metal materials can be realized. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure, high sensitivity and wide frequency response range, can not be influenced by media such as oil stain and the like, and has wide application range.
