Full-solid state Marx generator based on full-controlled switch and spontaneous breakdown gas switch

Abstract: The invention relates to a full-solid state Marx generator based on a full-controlled switch and a spontaneous breakdown gas switch. The generator comprises a plurality of cascaded full-controlled switch levels and further comprises at least one spontaneous breakdown gas switch level maintaining a cascade relation with the last level of the cascaded full-controlled switch levels, wherein difference between the spontaneous breakdown gas switch level and the full-controlled switch levels is that a full-controlled switch is replaced by the spontaneous breakdown gas switch and the spontaneous breakdown gas switch is a spontaneous breakdown switch apparatus when the voltage drop on the switch is greater than a threshold value; the generator further comprises a load output level maintaining a cascade relation with the spontaneous breakdown gas switch level; the load output level is different from the spontaneous breakdown gas switch level that no isolating apparatuses are arranged, and a load is connected between the spontaneous breakdown gas switch and the negative input end of an energy storage device. The full-solid state Marx generator based on the full-controlled switch and the spontaneous breakdown gas switch can be used for solving the problem that the time sequence is hard to control by using a full-controlled switch and overcoming the defect of capacity reduction, and the output efficiency and reliability of the Marx generator are improved.
