Abstract
The invention provides a gas water heater with an energy-saving position ECO (ecology, conservation and optimization) function and a controlling method thereof. The gas water heater comprises an operation interface having an ECO function key, a proportioning valve and a controller used for controlling the gas water heater to enter an energy-saving mode after the ECO function key is triggered, acquiring a target temperature corresponding to the energy-saving mode, and adjusting the proportioning valve according to the target temperature. By the gas heater and the controlling method thereof, temperature, water and gas are automatically matched through the energy-saving position ECO function so as to save energy.
