Gear processing technology for improving gear grinding efficiency

Abstract
The invention provides a gear processing technology for improving gear grinding efficiency. The gear processing technology comprises the steps that a tooth profile of a gear part is obtained from a blank through a hobbing or gear shaping technology; the gear deformation amount is calculated according to gear materials, sizes and an adopted heat treatment technology; according to the calculated deformation amount, the tooth surface of a gear is shaved by a gear shaving machine; the gear processed by shaving is subjected to a heat treatment process; and the gear obtained after heat treatment isfinished by a gear grinding machine. According to the gear processing technology for improving the gear grinding efficiency, the gear is subjected to heat treatment pretreatment according to the geardeformation amount by using the gear shaving technology, then heat treatment and gear grinding shaping are carried out, since the efficiency of the gear shaving process is 10 times or more of that ofgear grinding, the gear grinding efficiency can be significantly improved, and the machining accuracy and quality of the gear are ensured.
