FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: machine tool comprises bed, table with spindle, column, support turning about horizontal axis and incorporating tool spindle with reciprocating shaping cutter. To cut inner and outer gearing wheels with permanent tooth thickness and varying according to preset law, said machine is equipped with drive including cam mechanism, two-arm lever, carriage, link and hydraulic cylinder. Note here that said drive allows shaping gear feed by turning the support toward the workpiece. Note here that said cam mechanism is rigidly coupled with tool spindle reciprocation drive to interact with carriage mounted on guide to displace thereon while two-arm lever is fitted on eccentric support. Note here that one arm of said lever interacts with carriage while another arm interacts with lick connected with support and hydraulic cylinder rod.EFFECT: proper gear-shaping.6 cl, 13 dwgread more
