PURPOSE:To reduce drive power by supplying powers from a commercial power source to a poloidal load during a small load and from part of a motor generator for a poloidal power source to a load for a heater. CONSTITUTION:Powers are supplied from motor generator GP1-GPn for poloidal power source to a poloidal load P and from motor generator GN for a heater to a heater load N during a plasma current exciting time T1. The energy of the poloidal coil is regenerated during a plasma current stopping time T3, the generators GP1-GPn are accelerated by the regenerative energy as motors and stores as rotary energy. When the load N is small, power of small capacity is supplied from part of the generators GP1-GPn to the load N, and when the load P is small, power is supplied from a commercial power source 1 to the load P.

PURPOSE:To aim at the shortening of issue processing time and the relief of a burden on an operator by making each transaction storage box adjoin a discharge end of a conveying means at the specified timing on the basis of the counted result of a counting means for counting the number of sheets of a transaction medium. CONSTITUTION:A transaction feeding means 9 of a transaction medium issuing processor is made with a series of numbers, and feeds a conveying means 10 with cards C or a lot of transaction mediums unrecorded of transaction information piece by piece, and then it records the specified transaction information each to these transaction cards C by a magnetic head 11. Afterward, these transaction cards C are carried in a transaction medium storage box 5 on a turnable 6 set up at the side of a discharge end of the conveying means 10, but at this time, a counting means counts the number of sheets of these transaction cards C, feeding a control means with these cards. This control means controls a storage box driving means 7 on the basis of this counted result, making each transaction medium storage box 5 adjoin the conveying means 10 at the specified timing. With this constitution, these transaction cards C are going to be housed in each transaction medium storage box 5 in order of a series of numbers and at each sheet number specified. Thus, the shortening of issue processing time and the relief of a burden on an operation are well promotable.

PREPARATION:An optically active lactone compound shown by the formula II is heated in a solvent of HMPA, to give an amide compound shown by the formula III, which is reacted with iodine, to give an iodolactone compound shown by the formula IV. Then, this compound is reacted with an alkali in a hydrous solvent, neutralized with an acid to give an ethoxycarboxylic acid compound shown by the formula V. Then this compound is subjected to ring closure under an acidic condition by heating.
