Great-scale displacement sensor

Abstract: In the large-scale displacement sensor, the moving voice coil motor has two large reeds on the two ends of its framework with one large reed being connected to the active cell of the voice coil motor; and the measuring head below motor includes holder connected to the framework of the motor, inductive sensor in the holder, and styli in lowest connected via two small reeds in the holder to the inductor iron core. The inductive sensor is connected to the computer via the signal processing circuit and A/D converter; and the computer is also connected to the voice coil motor via D/A converter. The present invention can perform the large-scale and high-precision measurement of surface appearance.
