Abstract
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To release the spring water from a crack through a water permeable layer and prevent the leakage by providing an impervious layer, a water permeable layer and an impervious layer on a tunnel excavated surface in order, and using a hydraulic material including an alkali-soluble polycarbonate for the water permeable layer. SOLUTION: A spray concrete 3 is formed on the excavated natural ground 2 of a tunnel 1 as a first impervious layer, and water permeable concrete 4 and spray concrete 5 as a second layer are formed thereon. As the water permeable layer, a water permeable wire rod is buried in a hydraulic material such as concrete, mortar, cement paste or the like. The water-permeable concrete 4 is formed by including a polycarbonate soluble under alkaline environment into fresh concrete which is the hydraulic material. After hardening, the polycarbonate is dissolved to form a residual cavity. The lower end of the water permeable concrete 4 is connected to a water collecting groove 8 through a conduit 9 to collect and discharge spring water out of the tunnel. Even if the spray concrete 3 is cracked, the spring water is released through the water permeable layer 4 to prevent the leakage.
