Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for efficiently utilizing land by combining an SPC and a temporary use leasehold or lease for business and a relay loan concerning the utilization of the SPC, the utilization of leasehold, the utilization of a real estate finance and the utilization of a land. SOLUTION: An SPC and a short term use right and a relay loan and land utilization are combined to develop a "property utilization SPC leasehold system" for creating the business chance of persons concerned in business such as a landowner, a construction company, a house maker, a design office, a management company and a financial institute, wherein the respective screens of the property utilization SPC leasehold system are used as main parts, and contents including the screens of the derived parts are recorded. An electronic mail receiving part C1 receives an electronic mail M1 from a customer, and a customer information data collecting part C2 collects the information of the customer from the contents. A database management part C3 stores the collected data in a database. A data totaling and analyzing part C4 totals and analyzes the customer information.
