Abstract
The invention discloses an internal thermal coupling air separation column control device based on a concentration curve optimization algorithm. The device comprises an intelligent instrument which isdirectly connected with an internal thermal coupling air separation column, a controller and a DCS system. The DCS system comprises an upper computer, a control station, a storage device, a field busand a data interface. The upper computer is used for realizing real-time optimization of the control parameter and comprises a concentration curve description module, a set value conversion module and a control parameter real-time optimization module and transmits the optimized control parameter to the control station through the field bus. The control station adjusts the controller through the data interface connected with the field bus according to the obtained control parameter. The controller realizes direct control and adjustment of the internal thermal coupling air separation column. The strong nonlinear characteristics of the internal thermal coupling air separation column can be greatly processed so that the device has efficient online operation speed and excellent energy saving effect and has great servo tracking control effect and interference suppression effect.
