PURPOSE: A maintenance robot and an aerogenerator including the same are provided to perform a maintenance work on each connecting member by locating a robot body to a position in which the connecting member which is mutually connected to each tower segment is connected in a tower of the aerogenerator. CONSTITUTION: A maintenance robot comprises a robot body, a driving unit, and a control unit. The robot body comprises a maintenance unit for performing maintenance work on a connecting member connecting each tower segment and a joint unit supporting the maintenance unit. The driving unit locates the robot body to a position in which the connecting member is connected. The control unit controls the driving unit and the robot body based on information of working schedule in order to move the robot body to the position in which the connecting member is connected and performs the maintenance work on the connecting member.read more
