Abstract
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain low viscosity slurry which has high concentration and is used for slip casting. SOLUTION: The solvent is circulated and returned to a mixing tank 11 but powder is not mixed yet at this point of time (S3), and therefore a prescribed quantity of powder is mixed in the solvent to obtain a slurry precursor (mixing step: S4). The slurry precursor is introduced to a collision unit 15 to be treated with wet jet mill (S2) and is returned to the mixing tank 11 again. The slurry having the prescribed concentration of the powder is obtained by repeating the confirmation of the powder concentration (S3), the mixing step (S4) and the treatment step (S2) with the wet jet mill until the powder concentration reaches a set value. The slurry precursor having concentration which does not reaches the prescribed value yet is further treated with the wet jet mill to increase the powder concentration step by step and finally treated with the wet jet mill in a state of having the high powder concentration and the high fluidity.
