Abstract: 
The invention discloses a method for extracting tetrahydroxystilbene glucoside from Polygonum multiflorum, and belongs to the technical field of biological medicines The extraction method comprises the following steps: 1, taking Polygonum multiflorum powder, mixing the Polygonum multiflorum powder with an alkali having a mass being 05-3% of the Polygonum multiflorum powder, adding water having a mass 7-9 times higher than the Polygonum multiflorum powder, and uniformly mixing to obtain a Polygonum multiflorum powder suspension; 2, carrying out reflux extraction of the Polygonum multiflorum powder suspension, and concentrating to obtain a concentrate; 3, adding an organic solvent having a volume fraction of 90-95% and having a mass being 2-4 times higher than the concentrate for precipitation, filtering after precipitation completion, and collecting the obtained filtrate; and 4, adding ethyl acetate to the filtrate for extraction, collecting the water phase, allowing the water phase to stand for crystallization, and collecting crystals after crystallization completion to obtain tetrahydroxystilbene glucoside The method has the advantages of simple preparation technology, low cost, prepared tetrahydroxystilbene glucoside purity of above 95%, no chemical reagent residual of the product, environmental protection of the extraction process, low reagent and equipment requirements, and suitableness for the large-scale industrial production
