The invention discloses a method for fabricating a wind-driven generator gear. The method includes the following steps of (1) providing a workblank used for fabricating the gear, (2) forging of the workblank, (3) normalizing treatment, (4) turning, (5) gear cutting, (6) gear shaving, (7) thermal treatment, and (8) grinding, wherein the step (2) includes that the workblank is forged by hot die forging; the step (3) includes that the workblank after being forged is treated by an isothermal normalizing technology; the step (4) includes that turning is performed on the workblank which is subjected to normalizing treatment by a numerically controlled lathe; the step (5) includes that hobbing and gear shaping are performed by a gear hobbing machine and a gear shaping machine; the step (6) includes that gear shaving is performed by a gear shaving machine; the step (7) includes that carburizing and quenching treatment are performed; the step (8) includes that inner holes, end faces and external diameter portions of a shaft of the gear which is subjected to thermal treatment are subjected to finish machining, and thereby, dimensional precision is improved and form and location tolerance is reduced. The gear of the wind-driven generator stands huge moment of force of a wind wheel so that the gear of the wind-driven generator is necessarily resistant to fatigue damage by the moment of force.read more
