Abstract
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a monofluoro phosphorylated polymer compound by which an amount of difluoro phosphoric acid is reduced, steps are simple and time of total steps can be shortened. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the monofluoro phosphorylated polymer compound includes a step (I) for adding a polymerization initiator to a monomer solution formed by dissolving a monomer mixture including an acrylamide derivative having a hydroxyl group in a solvent (C-I) selected from dimethyl sulfoxide, 1, 2-dimethoxy ethane, acetonitrile, trimethyl phosphate and triphenyl phosphate to perform (co)polymerization reaction and forming a (co)polymer (A) containing the acrylamide derivative having the hydroxyl group as a constituent unit in a reaction liquid and a step (II) for adding difluoro phosphoric acid or its salt (B) to the reaction liquid after (co)polymerization reaction to react the (co)polymer (A) and difluoro phosphoric acid or its salt (B). But this method is not suitable for high temperature and high salt, and the apparentviscosity, thickening properties and oil dispersing ability of the solution of the copolymers are greatly improved compared with conventional polyacrylamides.
