Abstract: 
The embodiment of the invention discloses a method for switching registration of an IP (Internet Protocol) multimedia subsystem and belongs to the technical field of communication. The method is applied to a mobile terminal and comprises the steps of registering the IP multimedia subsystem through a first network; periodically detecting whether the network quality of the first network satisfies a preset video call condition or not; and if the preset video call condition is not satisfied, switching to a second network and registering the IP multimedia subsystem through the second network, wherein the network type of the second network is different from that of the first network. The embodiment of the invention also discloses a mobile terminal and a memory medium. When the quality of the first network is low, the switching is carried out automatically, the IP multimedia subsystem is registered through the second network, the video call stability is ensured, and the network switching operation convenience is improved.
