PURPOSE:To utilize a frequency effectively by making it possible to use the same frequency for communication by performing message communication between the base station and a mobile terminal under the control of the base station. CONSTITUTION:The base station stores temporarily messages from general subscribers in memory 3 of the base station. Memory contents are read by the control of control part 8 and are transmitted through transmission/receiving switching part 12. The mobile equipment receives the signal from the base station to transmit a response signal, and reads and transmits messages, which are stored in memory 22 previously, to the base station when the calling permission signal is received from the base station. Thus, message communication is performed under the control of the base station, so that the same frequency can be used for communication.read more
