PURPOSE: An image monitoring system is provided to reduce a similarity search time for a replaceable image and improve the accuracy and reliability of the image search. CONSTITUTION: An image search engine(120) comprises an image standardization module(30), an image data conversion module(40), and an image comparison module(70). The image conversion module converts each pixel color of a reference image into a numerical data. The image data conversion module obtains index image. The image comparison module compares the numerical data which is matched with the reference image and a target image.
