The present invention relates to a multilayer film for packaging, comprising:
a. a sealing layer, comprising one or more of the following components:
a ionomer, a cycloolefin copolymer, a low density polyethylene (LDPE)
and a plastomer; b. at least one bulk layer, comprising one or more of the following
components: a plastomer, ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), a cycloolefin
copolymer and a polyolefin elastomer; c. a barrier layer, comprising a vinylidene chloride homopolymer or
copolymer and/or an ethylene vinyl alcohol polymer (EVOH); d. an abuse layer, comprising one or more of the following components:
a high density polyethylene (HDPE), a plastomer, a LDPE, a ionomer, a
linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) and a cycloolefin copolymer.
