Abstract
The utility model discloses a new gear manufacturing experiment teaching device with integrated gear shaping and gear hobbing. A large motor is fixed to a rack, the large motor drives a first clutch shaft, the first clutch shaft drives a second clutch shaft and a third clutch shaft, a small motor drives the third clutch shaft, the second clutch shaft drives a four-bar mechanism, the four-bar mechanism drives a shaping cutter shaft to move in a D-shape track, the third clutch shaft drives a hobbing cutter shaft and a worm gear reducer, the worm gear reducer drives a slip gear speed changer and the shaping cutter shaft, the slip gear speed changer drives a horizontal slip transmission device, the horizontal slip transmission device drives a blank shaft to move in a rotary manner, the blank shaft drives an axial feeding device to move in a linear manner in the vertical direction, and a radial feeding device drives the blank shaft to move in a linear manner in the horizontal direction. When students use the experiment instrument, principles of the cutting of gears with two methods can be visually compared and learned, and the undercutting phenomenon and the modification correction method can be learned and explored.
