The device supplies a perfusion fluid with a controlled pressure and flow to the body aperture, by detecting the volumetric flow in a pressure vessel (1.3), in which the fluid is held at a given pressure. The volumetric flow of the fluid extracted from the body aperture is measured, with real-time display of the volumetric difference between the supplied and extracted flow.
