Disclosed is a heat accumulation tank system intended for use as a heat source of, for example, an air conditioner and which is installed, for example, in a building or under a green zone, a stadium or a parking area. The heat accumulation tank system is composed of a plurarity of water tanks which are connected through a communication passage such as a communication pipe. The pressure in the communication passage is controlled by means of a pressurizing device or a vacuum device, so that the state of communication is controlled such as to establish or interrupt the communication between the water tanks or to control the rate of flow of water between these water tanks.

PURPOSE:To prepare safely granular mineral fibers suitable for blown products in a process for preparing the granular mineral fibers by tearing off a laminate of a fiberized molten mineral, and granulating the resultant torn off laminate, by spraying a lubricant on the resultant mineral fibers at a specific place. CONSTITUTION:A raw material molten mineral is fiberized in a spinner 1 by the centrifugal force and/or under fluid pressure, accumulated on a net coveyor 3 in layers in a fiber collecting chamber 2, passed through a sealing roll 4 and taken out of the fiber collecting chamber 2. The resultant laminated fibers are torn off into small lumps by a disintegrator 5, taken out by a belt conveyor 6 and granulated by a granulator (not shown) to prepare the aimed granular mineral fibers consisting of rock wool or ceramic fibers, etc. In the above-mentioned method, a lubricant (preferably a mineral oil having about 180-320 deg.C flash point) is sprayed on the mineral fibers in a part (B) near the disintegrator 5. According to the above-mentioned method, the occurrence of smoke or fire, etc. can be avoided.

Preparation of granular mineral fiber

PURPOSE:To narrow the band of a receiver of an object to be guided, by transmitting a guiding wave with which a frequency deviation due to a Doppler effect is previously compensated from a guiding matter. CONSTITUTION:A radio wave, etc. transmitted 2 from an object 1 to be guided in the air is received by a receiver 5 of a guiding matter 4. At the same time, a radio wave, etc. transmitted from the matter 4 is received by a receiver 3 of the object 1. Thus the object 1 is guided by radio. In this case, the transmission frequency f'tb transmitted 9 from the matter 4 is calculated on the basis of a Doppler deviation frequency DELTAftm produced by a Doppler effect due to the movement of the object 1. Thus a frequency is obtained with compensation. With this connecting the reception frequency frm which is received by the object 1 can be set equal to the frequency ftb of an oscillator 8 of the matter 4. This system eliminate a countermeasure to a Doppler deviation at the side of the object 1.
