Remote Body Fitness Monitoring System with Inter-User/Multi-user tracking Software Applications and Social Distancing Warning Sensor

TL;DR: In this article, a versatile Remote Fitness Monitoring system is implemented with state-of-the-art communication technologies that allow for fitness monitoring to be carried out in different dimensions, such as self-monitoring using a smart wearable armband linked via Bluetooth (Serial Port Protocol) to mobile software that can present comprehensively analysed data graphically to the user.
