Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of a nano SiO2 aerogel. The method comprises the following steps: a laminar flow plasma generator generates a laminar flow plasma beam to heat treated nano SiO2 particles, so that the nano SiO2 particles are evaporated and vaporized; the nano SiO2 particles are condensed by a condensing unit; a nickel-phosphorus alloy film is firstly deposited on a glass substrate; and the deposited glass substrate is utilized to perform electrostatic adsorption on the nano SiO2 particles subjected to screening, drying, evaporation, vaporization and condensation. The deposited glass substrate can uniformly adsorb the nano SiO2 particles, and the formed nano SiO2 aerogel has no pores and uniform texture. The pretreatment of nano SiO2 particles and the treatment of the electrostatic adsorption substrate are combined, thereby greatly enhancing the preparation efficiency of the nano SiO2 aerogel.
